تحدد هذه المواصفة القياسية السورية اختبار الأداء والشروط القياسية وطرائق الاختبار لتحديد تصنيفات السعة والكفاءة لمكيفات الهواء المبردة بالهواء والمضخات الحرارية من الهواء إلى الهواء. تكون هذه المواصفة قابلة للتطبيق على المعدات التالية: الأنظمة الأساسية متعددة الأقسام والأنظمة المعيارية متعددة الأقسام وأنظمة استرداد الحرارة المعيارية المتعددة. تشتمل هذه الأنظمة متعددة الأقسام على أنظمة هواء-جو مع وحدات داخلية مزودة بمجرى أو دون مجرى مع مراوح متكاملة ووحدات داخلية مزودة بدون مراوح.
