تحدد هذه المواصفة القياسية السورية الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات من أجل شروط تعبئة وفحص اسطوانات الاستيلين. لا تُطبق هذه المواصفة على مجموعة الاسطوانات المتصلة بوصلات متشعبة وعلى سبيل المثال الاسطوانات المجمعة في رزمة (انظر المواصفة القياسية السورية3944).
This Standard specifies minimum requirements for the filling conditions and filling inspection of acetylene cylinders. This International Standard is not applicable to an assembly of cylinders connected by a manifold, e.g. bundles (see SNS 3945).
